Preamble

Raffle Demo is authorized and regulated by the Oyo State Gaming Board.

These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Raffle Demo and you as a Player. They apply to participation through mobile services, SMS, websites, and any other channels made available by Raffle Demo.

By participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Raffle Demo reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where practicable, reasonable efforts will be made to notify Players of material changes. It remains your responsibility to review the latest version of the Terms and Conditions. Continued participation following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.

1. Raffle Demo Description

Raffle Demo is a draw-based game where Players pay an entry fee to participate in live radio raffles hosted by partner radio stations.

To enter, Players visit the Raffle Demo website, select their desired station, and purchase entries for a specific live draw.

2. Entry Methods

2.1 Online Entry

Players can enter via the website by:

• Entering their mobile number.
• Selecting the number of tickets to purchase (maximum of 20 tickets per transaction).
• Completing payment using available methods.

Upon payment confirmation, Players will receive an SMS confirming their entry.

2.2 USSD Entry

Players can enter by dialling available USSD on their mobile phone.

• Select your station.
• Select the number of tickets to purchase.
• Complete payment using USSD or bank transfer.

SMS confirmation of entry will be sent upon successful payment.

2.3 Play via USSD Link

• Visit website and click the "USSD" payment option.
• Select your station and number of tickets.
• The system automatically dials the required USSD code.
• Complete payment by following the instructions provided.

SMS confirmation will be sent after successful payment.

3. Rules of Entry

1. Each entry costs ₦500, with a maximum of 20 entries per transaction.
2. Entries submitted after the advertised deadline will automatically roll over to the next available draw.
3. Players must use a valid Nigerian mobile number and comply with identification requirements.
4. Deposits cannot be withdrawn. Raffle Demo is not a bank and all deposited funds must be used for entry into games.
5. Players should only play with what they can afford. Responsible gaming is encouraged.
6. Whether participation occurs through USSD, Online, or Play via USSD, all Players enter the same draw and have equal chances of winning.
7. Winners are selected randomly using an Oyo State Gaming Board-approved Random Number Generator (RNG).
8. Players may ask a friend or POS agent to complete payment on their behalf but must initiate the process using their own mobile number.
9. Players should retain proof of payment including SMS notifications, receipts, screenshots, and transaction records.
10. Players are required to answer their phones if contacted live on air. If a winner is unreachable, another draw may be conducted.
11. If a call disconnects during a live broadcast, Raffle Demo will make reasonable attempts to reconnect before another winner is selected.
12. Raffle Demo reserves the right to refuse entries or limit participation without explanation.
13. Directors, employees, household members and key contractors may not participate unless expressly authorized for testing purposes.

4. Prize Terms

1. Winners are selected using an Oyo State Gaming Board-approved Random Number Generator (RNG).
2. Prizes up to ₦250,000 will be credited to the Player's registered account or wallet.
3. Prizes exceeding ₦250,000 must be claimed in person with valid identification.
4. Winners will be notified via SMS and may receive follow-up calls regarding their winnings.
5. Unclaimed prizes after 30 days may be forfeited.

5. Claiming Prizes

Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of the draw date through any of the contact channels:

Raffle Demo may request proof of payment, transaction records, SMS confirmations or additional documentation before processing prize claims.

6. Responsibilities

• Providing accurate information.
• Securing account credentials.
• Retaining proof of payment.
• Complying with applicable tax obligations.

Raffle Demo shall not be liable for prizes claimed by unauthorized persons due to Player negligence.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Technical failures beyond our control.
• Misuse of player credentials.
• Third-party payment errors.
• Communication or payment processing delays.

Raffle Demo's liability is limited to refunding entry fees or awarding prizes where applicable.

8. Privacy Policy

Raffle Demo! respects your privacy and processes personal information in accordance with applicable Nigerian data protection laws.

Promotional communications may be sent unless you opt out.

9. Disputes

Any dispute arising from participation shall be submitted to the Oyo State Gaming Board for resolution.

Raffle Demo reserves the right to withhold disputed prizes pending the outcome of investigations or regulatory review.

10. General

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Any amendments will be published on the website and shall take immediate effect.
